Oversee the Sales, Marketing, Catering and Convention Services Departments to achieve and exceed segment revenue goals for the hotel, while maximizing profitability and protecting the integrity of the guest experience.
Overall responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the kitchen, food production outlets and stewarding, ensuring operating costs are minimized. The execution of all Accor and Novotel hotel and company policies/procedures. Ensuring that all services provided achieve the established standards, within the agreed budgetary controls. Advise the General Manager on all matters relating to the kitchens areas. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygienic practice throughout the kitchens.
To maintain the building security by monitoring and responding to fire alarms, securing doors, performing walk-throughs, responding to emergency situations, take required readings on equipment, and contacting proper authorities when needed. Answers radio calls and responds to guest room and public area calls in a prompt and professional manner according to standards. Works closely with the Overnight Manager, Auditors and Loss Prevention providing services in all areas of the hotel. Must be able to clean a guest room providing housekeeping services if required. This person must be able to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays. Primarily works overnight hours and may work other shifts.

The Bellman plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and providing information about our hotel facilities. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond will contribute to our guests’ overall satisfaction.
Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel, to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Novotel Miami Brickell Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.
Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors, perform concierge tasks, upsell services as much as possible, and serve as an ambassador by welcoming everyone with a genuine smile and caring attitude
The Staff Accountant plays a key role in assisting the Director of Finance with maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting, upholding internal controls, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and safeguarding assets for owners and investors. This position focuses on financial reporting, month-end closing, general ledger reconciliation, and cash management. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong accounting foundation, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a collaborative setting.
