Package Storage

Many of our international guests love to order from American e-commerce sites and have items delivered to the hotel before their arrival. We are happy to receive packages up to three days before your check-in date and store them securely for you.

Package handling is available.

Guests are entitled to receive and store a maximum of 20 packages during their stay.
Packages 0-15 lbs: $5.00; Packages 15-25 lbs: $10.00; Packages 25+ lbs: $25.00
Should the number of packages surpass 20, there will be a $5.00 surcharge per package.
Please be advised that we assume no liability for any unclaimed packages following a guest’s departure.
